After Pinky's death - one shot 19/5

"O my mata.. what happenings here? Why is everythings white? Where am i ? Why is it too smokey?" asked pinky .

"U are dead now pinky. And this is your judgement day. You are hear for your verdict " said a loud male voice. Pinky searched all around and found none. She saw a bright light good enough to make her eyes go blind. She laughed and said "its rudra na? Chodu.. enough of this drama . I have work."

" Whether u believe it or not , its the truth pinky. U are dead now and u are awaiting your final verdict. This is your decision day" said the voice again.

Pinky now felt a sudden fear grip her throat. She tried touching herself and found that she was unable to do it. She started crying. "Why am i dead? What wrong did i do? I want to go home..." screamed pinky. "This is the truth. U are dead now. U died when u were trying to stop your son from leaving u with his wife" said THE voice.

She started crying. It was true. The last memory she can remember was shivaay walking out along with anika from oberoi mansion leaving all his wealth . He had found out the disgusting web of lies pinky has woven and had disowned her. When she tried to catch him from leaving she got hit by a truck on the road.

"Why am i here now?" asked pinky finally. "U are awaiting your verdict. I am here to analyse your deeds and to decide whether u reach hell or heaven and what sort of punishment u must face. " said the voice.

"Why should i be in hell? Am not bad. I have good naam , khoon and khandan . I listen to swamiji's pravachan regularsly. I keep doing poojas daily. Am sure i will be in heavens chitragupta ji" said pinky.

"We are here to decide on that pinky. Your deeds and the corresponding punishments will be decided now. Let the proceedings begin" said the voice.

"First accusation, u have hurt your own son by lying to him. U have deceived him because u were jealous of his wife. For this u well be devoured by a 1000 large headed serpents " said the voice in a revebrating mode.

"No. U can't. He was my son. It was my duty to ward him off from bad luck" said pinky. "U have deceived your son. U have lied because of your jealousy that your son would favour your daughter in law. Your daughter in law never had any bad intentions and u know it. It was solely because of your unreasonable jealousy that u deceived your son and family. We are not your son pinky. Don't lie to us. U will be penalised for that too." warned the voice harshly.

Pinky started shivering violently. Although in a bodyless condition , she felt her soul trembling violently.

"Next accusation, u have mistreated your daughter in law purposefully. U have made her life miserable on purpose. U have hurt her by your cruel words many times inspite of knowing she is innocent . For this sin, u will be made to run over by a hoarde of horses or elephants " said THE voice in a thundering motion.

Pinky started roaming around the place like a lunatic in search of the voice and the source of light. She started to cry her eyes out. "I have performed all poojas with full devotion. This is unfairs. I can't be punished these ways " begged pinky.

"U may have done all pooja and rituals in the right way pinky. But God will not tolerate innocent getting punished and we are his devoted servants. When u hurt an innocent soul and inflict pain all your good karma vanishes into thin air. " said a new lady voice.

"Who are you mata? Where are u? "asked pinky with a bewildered expression. "Am the goddess of dharma. Am here to see your good karma. True. U have been loyal in your poojas. U have done some minimal charity. But your torturous activities and the blames u have imposed on your daughter in law has negated even that small amount of your good karma. There is nothing i can do. " said the goddess.

"Next accusation, u had accepted your daughter in law as yours in front of the whole family. But u started having inner grudge about her. U pretended to be happy with her fake mom. U had the intention to malice her while U were pretending to be good. U have played with her and your son's trust. For this , your soul will be made to starve without food and water and your entire body will be pierced with spears and swords." said the voice.

Pinky started crying out loud like a mad woman. "I really wanted to accept her. But i gots scared when i saw how my son loved her. Atleast at first i didn't pretend. Please believe me. Don't do this to me. I did this out of ignorance" screamed pinky.

"There is no partial fault , complete fault. Although u did try at first, still u faked your relationship and caused misery. So Unacceptable " said the voice

"Next accusation, a little kid called sahil was a guest to your home. U blamed him for theft and mistreated him. Humiliated him. To have mistreated a guest, you will be made to stand in scorching sun and your eyes will be devoured by vultures." said THE voice.

"No no. Thats not true. I really thought he was a thief. I was misguided by Tia then. I never mistreated him again. I swears. Please believes me. Am not lying nows. " pleaded pinky.

"On analysis this seems true. So u are exempted from this. " said THE voice.

Pinky had a mild relief in her heart. But she was still trembling thinking about the other punishments.

"Next accusation, U are too proud of your money. U use your authority, to put others down. You taunt people with their status. You have always hurt them. So for this, your entire body will be sewed with piercing needles. " said THE voice doing O MY MATA of her temporary happiness.

Pinky's face froze .

So on the completion of all the hearings, " u will made to starve without food and water, pierced by spears, will be ran over by horses and elephants, sewn all over your body and devoured by a thousand large serpents . This is your judgement " said THE voice.

Pinky was on her knees. She just couldn't believe what she was hearing. It was unbearable for her to even hear about it. She already felt fear was shredding her soul into pieces. The sound of her sob kept revebrating in the region. She was far from any consolation.

"I agree I am bad. Hearing what i have done and what i am going to face is making me feel worse. But was there really any choice for me to have changed the past? Was there a possibility of redeeming? Is there still anything i can do to absolve me of my mistakes?" asked pinky completly defeated.

"U had pinky. If u had confessed your crimes and if u had asked for forgiveness to your daughter in law and others whom u have hurt and if they had forgiven u , u would have been absolved . That is the reason none of your misdeeds before u accepted her is discussed here. Inspite of u throwing your daughter in law out, as u had apologised to her openly with full honesty and she had forgiven u with full heart, u escaped the sin. That kid whom u pushed, forgave u for your ignorant mistake. He cried for your demise. Thats also the reason u got absolved of that crime. But now this is too late. U had enough time to regret your deeds and redeem yourself. But u didn't . So would have to face the punishment " said the voice.

Two hefty demons came near pinky and held her with iron fists. Pinky tried fidgeting but it was of no use. They easily overpowered her.

"No no no no. Give me one last chance bhagwan ji. Anika forgive me . Anika please forgive me. Am bad. I did all these. Leave me please. Anika can u hear me? Save me please " screamed pinky.

Suddenly she felt water on her. She got up. She had been dreaming alone in her bedroom. She had fallen asleep after her spying operation on her son and his wife. Swamiji's pravachan on deadly sins was playing in the background. Due to her violent shaking, the water glass on the dresser near the bed had fallen on her causing her to awaken from her most torturous nightmare. She remembered the last conversation she heard them talk.

Flashback :-

"Anika , listen to me... i think its mom. I am having my doubts ever since she slipped up about pan wala. I am gonna confront her and get this over with. She has crossed her limits. I am waiting for CCTV footage now. Once its confirmed am not gonna let her . She needs to answer my wrath. We are leaving this place" screamed shivaay.

"Its ok shivaay. I don't believe its pinky aunty. Even if she is, she is your mother. She would have some reason to have done these. Please don't be harsh with her." said anika.

Pinky panicked. She left the place as soon as she heard this. She thought of all possible damage control methods. Her blood pressure shooted up. She took her calming medicine and sleeping pills praying that sleep would give her some solution.

Back to present,

Pinky ran helter-skelter towards shivaay's room. She knocked his room violently. Both shivaay and anika disturbed from sleep were horrified looking at pinky after opening the door. " Am sorry anika. I am bad. You are really good. I did all these things to separate u from shivaay. Naintara is not your mother. I have hurt u , taunted u and humiliated u always. I have always been the reason behind your sadness. I did all those things because of my insecurity. Its all my fault. Please forgive me. Am falling down in your legs please " said pinky falling right in front of her legs.

Anika was shocked and was trying to lift pinky who was visibly shaking. Shivaay was left dumbstruck. As for pinky, her sleep did give her a solution, the solution to seek forgiveness.

PS. Wrote this to vent out my anger.😆 feeling relieved now. Sorry if its crappy... if i am supposed to write about crappy characters story will also be crappy😆😆

PPS this is crazy 😆 people just love this story esp in twitter n i had thought it was crap as i hardly had any time and idea to write it properly love u people thank u😆
