Recovering from a heart break

What is the best way to recover from a heart break? Also do rebound relationships really last? I was reading a novel which had the girl being cheated on, she meets a guy next day, falls in love with him, then decides it was a rebound relationship and breaks it up and in the end realizes that it was actually the rebound love which was her true love😆

In love -There are far more worse things than cheating. Such as talking ill about you behind your back with your/his friends ..then fall in love with the same girl, cry for her n when get caught "I didn't say any of those stuff" shout his lungs out , try to put on some sidha saccha image, eventually moving on with some other girl.*sigh*
