They could have released it on an open weekend when there was no other release...either May 7th or June 2, both empty Fridays.

Nowadays most movies make major collections only in the 1st week, from 2nd week it goes down so in a clash even 1st week gets badly affected, cant they understand this simple logic?

Stupid indeed...When they could have released a week or two later also...And when RK's career and star power at all time low...Not sure what's the idea behind this suicide 😆

RK's last film ADHM was a hit, made 106 crores in India and 162 crores worldwide

So his career is not at an all time low ...but Yes, this release date is suicidal and disappointing, especially those of us eagerly waiting for Basu RK combo movie after Barfi

JJ trailer looked really like a family entertainer and has potential to be a big Hit.

I don't think RK gained anything from Adhm...superhit songs and holiday and with such star cast and promotion hardly crossed 100crrs...JJ could have been good but instead seems doomed 😆

exactly!! no matter how good ur product is...if you can avoid clash..you should! I will be waiting for this anxiously...I don't really care about chef and Haseena..but Sri is my fav actress...

KRK has history of declaring all Salman movies as flop before release and taking a U turn once BO figures come out.

Even after a Hit tag, he keeps arguing to declare Salman movies a flop by giving 2 Rs reasons that only he believes 😆.

His best excuse is - Yes it is 200 Cr movie, but by "Salman standards" it is a flop😆

JJ release date - Congrats. Hope this gets atleast an Average tag . I get a Bombay Velvet feeling for this one. Don't mind please. Just my personal opinion😳

^ Don't worry, JJ should not face Bombay Velvet's fate. Generally you get to know from trailers which movies have problem. It is easy to spot them if you know where to look. JJ looks like it is a well made movie. There is no Barfi connection for starts. This one has mild but authentic action scenes. Beside there is no period authenticity to bog it down which helps.

Question is - What is on July 14th that there are 4 movies releasing? 😊
