You can't buy views due to the one reason

People generally make money from from YT views I can imagine getting the PH team to view the videos by their employees

Deewangi Deewangi from Om Shanti Om has two videos on YouTube. The first one has over 84 million views and the other one has over 22 million views. So altogether the songs has crossed 100 million views.

In the entire list, Baby Doll is the most popular one.

Meanwhile Gangnam style has 2+ billion views.
