Ok. Caught up with the WU

There are certain things that have to be private. I am so happy that this conversation happened between them with no one else being there... She is upset with him, but unlike Pinky who would have said anything in front of anyone, Anika chose to have this conversation with him in the confines of their room. That is so mature and nice.

She asked the right questions to Shivaay. But Shivaay has 2 inherent faults - he thinks that sharing his problems with others is a sign of weakness. He is used to handling everything on his own, and hence cannot confide his problems with Anika. He has to learn to do it, but today, he is incapable of it. And secondly, as much as it may not matter to him anyone (in his heart), in his head Anika is still not suitable for him. He cannot live without her and wants her around, but he cannot legitimize his relationship with her. We know from the promo that he will accept her as his wife. But it is then that their story will truly start. I am looking forward to it.

The best thing about the episode was that Anika didn't cry even once. She asked all the right questions and Shivaay didn't really give stupid excuses.He was a bit vague. But he didn't try to justify or say I wont answer u. That was progress.
He admitted that he didn't think like her husband but he tried to allay her fear and said he wouldn't let her lose ever and I am sure he will fulfill his promise although that part is going to be rocky.

Right Priti... I also feel that after he announces it... He might get a backlash so he ends up regretting it... Or something along those lines.

Pri ...so far, all the meaningful shivika scenes are private only. Anika has never confronted Shivay for their relation in public. She is sensible enough not to make this worst.

I don't know if it will be so external as much as it will be internal. I don't think it will be a backlash from anyone, but a continued fight between his own heart and head. The problem is that in his own head he feels that Anika is not fit for him. She is a nice girl, she is a kind girl... but does that make her his equal? He if not convinced of it in his own mind. That will be his journey.

He will be forced to accept and announce Anika as his wife because of something that Daksh does (I am guessing). If that is the case, then it is not out of his own will that he accepts Anika, but because of some compulsion. He may accept her verbally, but may not be able to share or build a relationship with her.. that and its resulting problems will be their journey is what I think... 😳
