I can understand why this chapter is so difficult to write.

You have shown so many facets of life. Even though Arjan is a tyrant and controlling, his wife trusts him with her relationship. She was sure he will never cheat on her. Even though she tried to reason with Arjan, she succumb to his demands and prepared her daughter for the marriage. Even Anjali accepted the proposal hoping Abhay will understand her and they will have a good future. But, alas everything doesn't turn out the way we anticipate. Arnav found his soon to be Brother in law making out with a girl on the road. Instead of feeling ashamed or afraid, Abhay simply dragged the girl to a more private place. That pissed Arnav and he has decided to intervene. Even though Anjali disagreed for a second, with her mother's encouragement she has decided to run away to her Nani's place as suggested by Arnav. Well who would have thought Arjan will have an urge to go to the terrace for fresh air and in the process of picking a shawl from the cupboard, ends up noticing his daughter running away from home? He rightly went after Anjali to stop her and his wife went after him because he woke her up to inquire about the missing money. Well it looked like to save Anjali the wife and husband accidentally came in front of the same truck they were saving their daughter from. It was tragic. Anjali and Arnav became orphans in mere minutes. They both must be feeling guilty for the tragedy.

Waiting to know what happened to them after their parents death in the past and more importantly for Khushi and Arnav to be rescued at the present time.

So the Arnav who didn't like his to be jeeja making out with someone else, that he made his sister run away... Himself started having one night stands and mistresses later in life ? What bought that change ???

Anjali and Arnav must be so devastated and Anjali also feeling guilty that her running away caused that accident. Awesome story

So that was the reason why Arnav blamed himself for his parents death bcoz he was the one who made the plan for Anjali to runaway n in all this both his parents died n he is in guilt that he was the sole reason for this tregedy but he was a mere teenager at that time n couldn’t comprehend the consequences of his actions n also his mother also encouraged them.

Oh god this so heart touching.....arnav and anjali lost their parents in just one moment......i think more of arnav's past is still to come

Anjali and Arnav must have felt the other misery was much better than this! But, I'm just happy she didn't get into another loveless relationship!

Her mom trusted her husband with all her might, but, what did it fetch her? Patriarchy is a huge thing even today. The day we get rid of it, half our issues will be solved.

Wasn't expecting this at all, but this unveiling of the past though shocking answered a few of the questions.

I don't want to blame anyone for the decisions they made and neither you, my dear author for keeping with the story line even though it has been quite difficult for you.

Arjan would have doomed Anjali to a lifetime of unhappiness. Arnav and Anjali still carry the scars of the accident.
