Except yours. You know I love you and your reviews.😛 I actually stopped by just to tell you that. You keep saying that Vividha is your favorite. Now I understand why. Dignity in the worst of circumstances. That is what both of you represent to me.

Hmmm.. So the show. From what I can understand, CVs changed tracks midway. Guddi's murder/Abheer/Bua's property-related scheming/the reveal is a separate track and Avinash/bomb/terrorist is another one. Also, am pretty sure poor Bua wasn't actually intended to have TWO boy toys. So, clearly that was a last-minute twist tacked on to connect two different tracks. That is why there is no coherence in the story anymore. Question is, WHY would the CVs do something like that. 😕

It has to be an offscreen factor because despite popular belief, you know I always thought the CVs had a plan. And their convoluted thinking did make some sense to me. But when my reading turns murky, then I know something has gone very very wrong. So what it could be? Unavailability of actors? New writers? Or external pressure from the higher-ups to highlight a certain character/actor? Alas, I can only speculate.

I feel really disappointed though. I have been rooting for these CVs. Now they go and do this. Sigh

Anyway, doesn't matter. They may or may not sort this mess in the future. But I can ignore it. As long as my two favorite women (on and off screen), retain their integrity and continue to hold their head up high, I can tolerate (almost) anything. 😆

P. S: More than fiction, real people amaze me sometimes. Why would anyone keep visiting a place (thread), where they are persistently ignored. Why not have some self-respect and mind your own business instead? Nevermind. To each their own, I suppose. 😛

As for the show, it is pretty bad right now. Like you said, tracks have stopped suddenly. Guddi's murder is forgotten and now this terrorist angle is here. But I have a feeling, the cv's are going to connect them somehow. Like they did with bua having two toy boys.

Oh and as for off-screen drama, I'm sure that also has something to do with the current state of the show. Too much emphasis on the heroism of one character can never be good. Right!😛

I miss you and your posts! I'm hoping once the show is back on track when Atharv recovers, you will be back too.

Regarding the heroism thing, dude I get that. In fact that was the first thing the CVs told us about this character. Wasn't that the introduction scene? Some heroic deed of national importance?

But then what? 4 months have gone by since then, what new thing have they told us about the character?

In the interim, the character has told a bunch of lies to people he claims he loves. He has also done some questionable things that cannot be justified rationally, so to cover that up.. the writers are forced to reintroduce the heroism angle.. Just how pathetic is that?

I have said this over n over, that I'm indifferent to the triangle. In my opinion, when two people are in love, nothing or no one can come between them until they allow it themselves. So triangle, hexagon or octagon makes absolutely no difference to me..

That is why, despite rooting for ViTharv, I was genuinely interested in the new entry.

But dude, how messed up is the writing here?! This character has no shades at all! Even vanilla has more nuance and texture than this😆

Even KK's character is so multidimensional. He was an asshole in every respect, but dude he loved Vivi. Remember that doll story? That one moment gave me so much insight into why Vivi had so much blind faith in him. Because that was the face he had always shown her. See, despite being the villain in the story, this is a character I could analyze and write pages about!

I'm really disappointed in the writers because I KNOW they can do sooo much better. We have all witnessed their excellence. Why have they settled for such mediocrity now?! Sometimes, it feels like they're writing with their hands tied behind their back, if you know what I mean😉

Still, fact remains that these inane plots are really unfair to the thinking audience. What is the need to constantly insult our intelligence? It's really frustrating. 🥱

you wondering about the turn of the events in the show and suddenly the whole focus turning to a single character is right and on spot. this had me as well wondering at the level of PR and influence that particular character (actor?) has. an individual over a show? and the amount of PR network spread across the media has me shock-struck. the so called forced heroism not helping either the character or the actor and more for the show. the show is losing it's virtue that it promised the viewers of. the irrational indulgence by whoever it is only acting as a negative factor for those who are attached to this show for the fact that of uniqueness. like atharv says "maine aapki aatma ki chingaari aur ankhon ki masoomiyat se dil lagayatha. jab voh hi nahi rahe toh mera dil lagana toh pagalpan hua" we are here for vitharv and their unique story, if the CVs cannot offer it any more the day will not be far that the show will witness it's low.
