FINALLY! Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor in a $40 million international project soon?

Whoa! This is possibly the biggest news of the day so far...

Ranbir Kapoor has previously acted with all the three Khans. Shah Rukh Khan in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Salman Khan in Ajab Prem Ji Ghazab Kahani and Aamir Khan in PK. But they were all cameo appearances. Either he or the Khans were there only for a brief period in the film. Now, he might be seen sharing screen with Shah Rukh Khan in a full fledged film. Yes, the two have been approached for a big international project.

Russian producer Alexey Petruhin has approached the two actors for his much ambitious film VIY: Journey to India. It's the third instalment in the VIY franchise and the second one starred Jackie Chan and Arnold Schwarzenegger. VIY 3 will be made on a whopping budget of $40 million.

Confirming the development, Alexey said, "We have approached SRK to be the lead actor and also the co-producer of the film. We are awaiting confirmation from him. Other actor we have approached is Ranbir Kapoor. We want to bring SRK and Ranbir together."
