But yes one should learn to reduce stress for overall health but after some point it's not just stress causing high BP especially in post-leap aged Ishita and Toshiji 😆

Yup Krishy, we do have a BP apparatus at our place and I keep checking it regularly. Even a couple of days back, I had it checked at my doctor's place, when I accompanied my dad. It was 130 / 80. Two years back, I had 150 / 100 for a couple of months due to high work load and tension🤔. Then, with some meditation, yoga and change in my expectations 😉 from people & calming myself down, it came down. My doctor did not want me to put in to medication at an early age. Luckily, for more than a year, it is 120-130/80 constantly. So nothing to worry. Thank you so much doctrini. 🤗
