Reason 1: Like Shabnam truly loved only Ayesha d same way Payal loved only Ria. She realized dat Ria's husband n in-laws truly loved her so she dropped her plan n decided to change for d better. She even thought dat how Sid n Roshni r such nice people who forgave her after wat all she did.
Reason 2: Cvs realized their blunder too late dat how they butchered Sid's intelligence by forgiving a criminal like Payal. They realized dat they did not want Sid to be responsible for his n Roshni's death so they changed Payal n made only Gaffur as a villain so dat Sid is not blamed.
Reason 3: Since Payal will be Karanveer's saas, she needs to be good like DD instead of a psycho villain saas like Tanveer so they changed Payal. I think Payal will hate Satya initially as he will remind her of Sid which will remind her how Sid was already so fond of Mahi so she will not like dat Satya a middle-class guy luks like Sid as she will feel dat it can ruin Sid's memory.
