Yeap and with simple touches of life, he captured the  moments so well. Like In Rajnigandha, Amol Palekar keeps on criticising his boss for favoring the other guy but in the end when he gets promotion, he tells Vidya that his boss is good manπŸ˜†πŸ˜†

the touch of reality ...seems it is been replaced by vague dark film makers πŸ˜• πŸ˜• 

I want Imtiaz to follow Basu style in his films...alas...i just dream
