Ananya was all shy as readied some soup for Kabir...her cheeks were a dark pink & she had goosebumps all over her body...

somehow shrugging away those thoughts she left to give the soup to Kabir...
Entering her bedroom she found Kabir up on her girly bed...propped up on pillows & covered with her baby pink comforter till the waist...
He was as if searching for her...
Kabir smiled at her as she settled down with the soup...besides him...
K: toh papa ki spoilt & pampered baby khaana bhi banaati hai? Something new haan Ms Kashyap!!!!
Ananya pouted...
A: I'm not a spoilt baby!
She insisted...
Kabir offered her his delicious smirk...

Ananya puffed up her cheeks angrily making Kabir chuckle...

Kabir picked up the spoon & tried to drink...however he felt a sharp pain in his body...but not once did he hiss...
But Ananya knew it all with a single look at him...

He admired those pretty pink lips as they blew air on the soup in the spoon...

He said genuinely with a soft smile that was enough for Ananya to go weak in her knees...
Kabir admired his lady love as she shied away from him & ran out of the room with the empty soup bowl...

After a while...
Ananya let out a noisy sneeze as she entered her room to check on Kabir...
She smiled to find him asleep...
Spared a giggle as she saw his huge frame on her tiny girly bed...
She placed his medicine & a glass of water on the befside table...
She ran a hand through his hair as he slept peacefully...
Tucking away stray hair on his forehead she admired his handsome face...as he continued to sleep...
He was still warm due to fever...

He said with a teasing grin while Ananya was flustered...

She gave him his medicines...

Kabir smirked naughtily...enjoying it...

Ananya opened her mouth in a perfect ' O' & then glared at him...

She said angrily...Grabbing the bottle of Brandy & gulping down the whole of it...shocking Kabir out of his limits...

SK's room...
Him & Khalid were engrossed in a important discussion when they heard loud squeals & laughter...
SK: ye toh...Ananya ki awaaz hai...
He said...confused...
Kh: hmm...sounds like...lekin bahar ho kya raha hai...

Just as he was about to finsh they heard a loud squeal & Ananya came jumping & dancing inside...giggling & shaking madly...
Even before the shocked duo could speak she had launched herself onto the bed in the room...
Curling into a pillow & rolling & jumping on the bed...all the while squealing & giggling...
SK: Ananya...beta tum ye kya kar rahi ho?
Her confused father asked...
A moment later a panicked & worried Kabir came running in...

K: nahi Khalid...Ms Kashyap ne poori bottle brandy ek saath pee li...

The poor man was shocked!!!
K: ji...she had a bad cold aur vo kabse chikhe jaa rahi thi so I suggested that she can have some brandy kyunki its medicinal par Ms Kashyap ne meri baat hi nahi suni...& she...gulped down the whole bottle...

He said worriedly...
Ananya meanwhile launched herself into her father's arms all of a sudden...still giggling & startling him in the process...

He said with a smile...

She squealed...
A: phir toh aap meri har baat manege na?
She asked childishly...
Recieving a nod from her father Ananya squealed again...
A: toh phir meri shaadi karwaiyye na! Pleaseee!

He was bewildered...
A: haan papa...mujhe abhi ke abhi shaadi karni hai! Karni hai matlab karni hai!!!!!
She whined & sulked & fussed like a baby...

A: nahi nahi nahiii! Abhi ke abhi meri shaadi karwao!!!!
All looked confused & worried & when they failed to answer her Ananya burst into the loudest sobs ever...making the three panic further...
A: koi mujhse pyaar nahi karta...mujhe shaadi karni hai abhi ke abhi varna main roungi!
She said batting her eyelashes & curling her lower lip in a pout...like a kid about to cry...
SK: nahi beta...rona mat...
He said lovingly...planting a kiss on her forehead...& wiped away few stray tears...
A: dekha!!!!!
Ananya said proudly to the others...
A: My papa loves me the most not you!
She said showing her tongue to the others while clinging to her father...
A: papa aapko pata hai...mujhe na bilkul Kabir sir jaisa ladka chahiye...aur na Kabir sir bhi chalenge...
Kabir hearing this turned absolutely crimson...
Suddenly she came flying into his arms making him struggle & hold onto the edge of the bed to steady them both...
Ananya wrapped her arms around his neck...leaning against his chest..
A: aap na mere hero hai!!!! Pata hai maine KKN ka Delhi branch kyu join kiya? Kyunki na mujhe aapke saath kaam karna tha...
Ananya said shyly & hid her face in his chest...
Kabir felt bliss as her slender arms wrapped around his manly frame...
He fekt his arms involuntarily emgulf her in a hug..
Khalid meanwhile watched the two with a sheepish grin nudging his best friend & Ananya's father every two minutes...

Kabir meanwhile broke their hug...cupping Ananya's face...

Kabir smiled at her innocence as he secured her properly in his arms...

The other two in the room had smiles on their faces...

Ananya squealed & began to clap...

Getting a nod of approval from Sudhir Kabir lifted Ananya off her feet...into his arms...

She asked cutely...

He couldn't help but lean down to kiss her goodnight on her forehead...

Everyone seated in the conference room stood up...

Ananya placed a hand on her father's shoulder...gathering him in a side hug...

Ananya herself had tears in her eyes as she held on to her rather distraught father...

Realising they were home she helped him out of the car & went inside their house...

She made him sit on the bed in his bedroom while she poured him some water...

She called Sudhir as he numbly stared at his hands...

Called his worried daughter...placing a hand on his shoulder...
The next moment Ananya felt herself being engulfed in a bear hug...
No wonder her father was a strong man who still worked out...
She felt him sob onto her shoulder..shocking...something so so so not him!
A: papa?
SK: beta tumhaari maa...vo sa..sachmein? Vo..vo kaha hogi Ananya? Theek hogi? Will she be hurt? Haan?
All Ananya could do then was embrace her father & comfort him...trying to ease his pain...
She had never seen her father so vulnerable because he wasn't...but she knew...that for her father her mother was his life whom he'd loved dearly...and still loved dearly...
He was a rich man & many women had thrown themselves on him but he was too much in love with Anita to even spare them a glance...
Moving outside to give her father his time Ananya couldn't help but dial Kabir whom she desperately wanted to talk to...
Kabir picked up in the second rimg itself like he'd been waiting for her call...
K: Ms Kashyap? Aap theek hai? Aapje papa? Is ok? He looked in a pretty bad shape?
She bombarded him with questions...

She trailed off...by now tears rolling down her eyes...

He said painfully...her tears stabbed him hard...

Kabir said determinedly...
Ananya smiled on the other line...wiping away her tears...
