We told you how Sushant Singh Rajput was on a house-hunting spree (Sushant hunts for a new house from Budapest after split with Ankita, May 7) - post his break-up with Ankita Lokhande, he had moved to a suburban hotel while his former girlfriend stayed put at their love nest in Malad.



Now, SpotboyE has it that the Kai Po Che actor has found himself a new pad on the 12th floor of Little Heights Apartments on Hill Road, Bandra. Interestingly, Aditya Roy Kapur lives in the building right next to his, making him Sushant's neighbour.

Sushant, who recently returned from the Budapest schedule of Raabta, moved in to his sea-facing address four days ago. We hear, in a bid to avoid Ankita, he chose not to go to the Malad flat to collect his remaining luggage. The actor instead got his belongings moved out of Ankita's flat by a packer-and-mover company.

Not just that, Sushant hosted a housewarming party last night.







No prizes for guessing that his Raabta co-star and rumoured current squeeze Kriti Sanon was present at the do. Karan Johar, Krishika Lulla, Homi and Anaita Adajania, Varun Sharma, Vikas Bahl and Madhu Mantena too made it to the guest list. The party went on till wee hours of the morning.

Ankita was conspicuous by her absence. Clearly, Sushant didn't want her around.
