Which blending app is good...can you suggest me?

I would suggest you go for Pixlr 

By the way do you have a Tablet (Apple,Lenevo or any other company) cause edits of Pixlr in Tablet comes out perfect and beautiful cause phone app doesn't have a blending option and PC one is more modified by having the same tools like a Original PS.

It's only if you have a hangover of it then only PC Pixlr is good .and then go for Original PS 

Me2 even I have installed it and don't know how to use 

Thats why for time being getting used to Pixlr😳
