Ashok died a sad death

Ashok died unhappily. He lost major control on administration, his ministers had started plotting against the Samrat and were instigating Kumar Samprati to gain control of treasury which he did. Kunala was blinded, Asandhimitra died, Devi stayed in ujjain, Mahendra and Sangha were far away from him, Tisya did treachery , Tivala died, Kaur had modest importance in his life (Well we don't see her major influence on Asoka in his later life). Only Charumati was there for her father. Asoka contributed towards decline of Mauryas due to his pacifist and puritan behaviour. Yeah he really did do Akhand Bharat Nirman. 😆
