Manvi's own stupidity where she will say I can't be with you because my friend was killing herself because of you... maybe when Manvi's misunderstanding get clear Roopa will come and give her same advice not to trust Rahul :p

Another possibility is Rahul misunderstanding Manvi also..may be when Raj tries to brainwash against upmanyu's thing 😉

Also in today's epi nisha was happy seeing rahul and raj having argument so nisha could brainwash father and son against each other.

Manvi is the main hurdles in her own love story she needs to trust him and understand.

I have a feeling that upamanyu will accept RaNvi's love before raj... Raj might take avanti's help to create misunderstanding and try to separate them.
