I mean usha is not gud by heart nor she is a gud person or mother means a person how much carry hate with him or her they can't hurt them and not a bit of remorse or pain after seeing all thing
I mean can u all clear if she is gud or bad what kind of character
One thing is clear she is pure heartless soul

when it comes to kunj she is blind. she has decided she hates twinkle she will not give her a second chance if she had she wouldnt have threatened to call leela on first mistake like that.
Atleast give her a comfortable environment to settle in.
twinkle also hasnt helped clear her image in fact her behavior has cemented the fact that she is spoilt brat from that first meeting where twinkle scolds usha.
but yes she is heartless.
any mother who has love in her heart will feel sympathy for what twinkle has to go through but not usha.
