1st Gaura said she is searching 4 an enemy 4 her daughter in law ie a daughter in law 4 her daughter in law.I thought she has a daughter in law.now it seems that Dharam is single.Then why did Gaura say so?The cvs hadnt planned Dharam Meera track b4?is his wife really not alive?

I don't know! The cvs are confused too! I bet you dharams son hates him for a reason due to wife no1. Maybe she committed suicide or something??? What I find strange is how could vidyas family allow the marriage without even enquiring about the mother in law!!! Actually after watching the scene again I think Gaura meant a daughter in law (vidya) for her daughter in law (Meera).

They already said that Dharam's wife is no more. When Dharam first entered and was having breakfast, Gopi asked him then.

Dharam might have divorced his wife & didn't marry again. That is what Shravan was telling his dad & is angry with him for that.

I just watched the scene. Gopi asked about his wife. Dharm looked angry and sad. Gaura replied Woh to hain nee. Gopi replied oh I'm sorry. Shavram looked furious. I guess she is dead and the father and Gaura have done something bad...

Shravan implied that Dharam likes to hit a lot. Maybe he was abusive or he might have hit her by mistake which could have ended badly. I think she's still alive, will probably come in the show later on to drag the show further 😆

Wonder how Meera will react if that happens!

Not a surprise. Gaura & Dharam has been hiding so many facts from the Modis. When Dharam decided to cancel Shravan-Vidya marriage, Shravan stood up for Gopi & Vidya saying that marriage is a life-time commitment which cannot be broken as per your whims indicating to Dharam.
