What they are showing in this show is a reality in multi specialty hospitals.. They are bothered more for hospital's reputation and records than patients life!!
One thing that I didn't understand that why they are not showing Roshni trying to get a license for practicing in India 😆 It may take time to go through all the process but they can atleast give some hints that she is trying to get license.

During surgery, Malhotra purposely ignores the fact that patient's vein needs to be clipped to avoid excessive bleeding. He makes sure that his BP has started dropping and leaves the surgery in between asking Roshni to complete it. Roshni tries to tell him that she doesn't have license to operate but he insists saying that no one will come to know what happened inside OT. Roshni has no option but to continue the surgery.
Patient gets a heart attack suddenly. Roshni and team try their best to save him but they couldn't save him. Meanwhile Malhotra calls Ansal to inform that he has successfully trapped Roshni and taken her photo too while she is operating.
Home minister and his brother in law get angry knowing about patients death. The brother in law is a gunda type person who blackmails Rajat, Mona, Malhotra that his party people will destroy Leela hospital. Roshni tries to tell truth to Rajat but he ignores her. Home minister confides Malhotra who misleads him that Roshni forcefully asked him to let her do the surgery and he had to agree to that as Roshni is Rajat's sister.
Malhotra tells the same story to everyone. Roshni tries to save herself but no one listens. Thankfully the other assistant doctor agrees with Roshni. Malhotra gives the option of post mortem to know the real cause behind patients death. Everyone is detained by taking away their mobiles. Police arrive and the body is taken for post mortem. Media too arrives.
Next morning. At home everyone is discussing about Rajat over morning tea. They are worried as why Roshni is not back from hospital yet.
Post mortem report comes which reveals that the cause of death is not heart attack but excessive bleeding.. Roshni is shocked.
Precap same as Friday except that there is one more scene in which few goons are beating a man.

License was a loose end for Roshni and for sure Malhotra would have taken advantage of it Poor Roshni is victim of hospital politics.
Not sure how will Sameer come into picture in this case 😕
I couldn't understand how Malhotra managed to manipulate the PM report when his phone was taken by minister's men. Probably Ansal did that.
It was good to see the treatment that Malhotra got from that goon for some time 😆
