I just think of my youngest Atte( Dad's youngest sister).. My dad n siblings lost their parents very early my grand parents could see only 4 kids marriages out of 10.. I have seen them only in pics as they died before my parents marriage.. My dad and their siblings are very very close to each at this age also... My youngest atte was pampered a lot by her siblings.. She got married to very loving n possessive husband.. After marriage he never used to send her to our home.. Even for deliveries he didn't send...he always wanted her to be infront of him.. Some similarities like Dude..

But my mama love all of us very much.. He wonders how siblings can be so close to each other 😊

Daintily I  walk lifting it at times

The jingling jangling  anklets i wear Tatha says weave a magic of their own

My favourite was a maroon red with Turquoise a paavadai i wore for my cradling

Pandigais and Sundays  acquire a sheen and lustre when the paavadai donning angel arrives Paati says

Glass bangles  and Jhumkis were matched with shades on the skirt

Pinnals  were made and donned with jasmines and fire crackers and kadambams

At dances and festivities I never  miss captivating all with my pattu pavadais

Jhumkis and maatals odyanam and Vankis...how i carry them with elan my Athais and Periamma gush to me beaming Amma and Appa...but my bestie forever is my Tatha
