Doctor will say ishita womb cannot keep the baby as she is weak . Then shagun will enter the scene .And she will become mahaan by being surrogate to ishra baby . Then the embryo will be implanted in her womb ..Later on after delivery she will claim rights on that baby.

Ramona did say Ishita will get pregnant after complications. So lets calm down and wait. SBS ranted about the leap for so long but it got postponed too. So lets wait and watch.
