the people that should have helped the victims are the NGOs.

@TM... the news about those prisoners came out before... its prisoners who have served their sentence but are still in jail because they can't pay an amount for release...

my question is simple were 400 prisoner dying in hell ? 40 lakh is good amount which could have been used for other good cause and then he came up making excuse to not help victim of earthquake. now is that justified ?
