Dance India Dance is an Indian dance competition show that airs on Zee TV in the India, produced by UTV Software Communications and has become India's largest dance-based reality show. The show is the national TV version of the hit Zee Bangla dance reality show Dance Bangla Dance which also has Mithun Chakraborty as the Grandmaster.

The show features a variety of Indian cultural and international dance styles ranging across a broad spectrum of classical, contemporary, Bollywood, hip-hop, jazz, Kalaripayattu, Salsa, Sambaand musical the atrestyles, amongst others, with many sub-genres within these categories represented. Competitors attempt to master these styles in an attempt to survive successive weeks of elimination and win a cash prize (typically Rs 50 Lakh) and often other awards, as well as the title of "India's Best Dancer".

Mithun Chakraborty As Grand Master

Mithunda is the 'Grand Master' on the show and his presence is like that of a Godfather! He has great respect for talent and empathizes with the contestants as he understands that they are under tremendous pressure to give their best performance.

Gaiti Siddiqui

Gaiti Siddiqui As Master

Master Gaiti is the most experienced judge on the panel. With nearly 15 years of experience, she has been a part of Dance India Dance as a choreographer but it is the first time that she is playing role of a Master.
She is addressed as the 'Badi Didi' for all contestants and while commenting addresses contestants as 'Bachha'. She always helps contestants with useful tips in order to improve their dancing. She is the agony aunt who connects with all the contestants emotionally. She is the one who gives Jhappi to contestants whenever they are low or when they have performed exceptionally well.

Her experience of choreographing stars like Farhan Akhtar, Dipika Padukone, Sunny Leony and many more makes her a very strong judge and mentor to the contestants.

Mudassar Khan As Master

Master Mudassar is the Winning Master of Dance India Dance season 4. He is extremely popular amongst the audience as well as all the contestants. His happy go lucky nature makes him most approachable Master. He analyses all performances with a different lens and breaks down his comments in most simple form and hence the audience connects with him easily.
Master Mudassar has the most on stake this year as he has the pressure to perform again this year and maintain his supremacy on stage. His experience as a winning judge would be his most useful tool.

Punit J Pathak

Punit J Pathak As Master

Master Punit was one of the strongest contestants on Dance India Dance Season 2. He was popular for his Contemporary acts. Since he has gone through the journey of DID as a contestant, he understands and connects well with each and every contestant. He was a part of the movie 'ABCD' and will also be seen in sequel of the film.
Because of his style, looks and attitude towards dancing, he has the biggest female fan following and makes him the most eligible judges that Dance India Dance has ever had.
