Random Weekend Thoughts- Will we get to see KaYa consummation?

Since its the weekend and no episodes will be telecast. I am just putting down my random thoughts here - courtesy the rain and date spoiler. These are just thoughts and hope nobody takes offense to my post 😳

We know that since Reporters is a limited series, we will not get to see KaYa marriage. Typically in most shows we get to see the consummation after marriage (rather very late after marriage - once the MUs are sorted out 😆😉). Like the kiss scene, consummation also is a much awaited sequence on TV.

The makers of Reporters have been bold to show us a kiss @ Prime Time on television (The only other kissing scene on TV that I know of was shown in a late night show). Do you guys think that the makers may show a live-in relationship or is it possible that KaYa get emotional and get physically intimate (remember Kabir said, very soon he wants to wake up to see Ananya's face ❤️).

Live-in or physical intimacy before marriage is not uncommon these days. My questions are -

1. Could the makers show it?

2. As viewers, do we want it?

3. Will the character of Ananya go-ahead with something like this or would it make her believe that Kabir is a womanizer

4. Will Kabir get swayed into something like this?

My thoughts on the above - I doubt that the makers would show anything like this mainly because of the limited number of episodes and so many open ends that they need to close. As a viewer, I would have loved to see it because its a pertinent issue with the young professionals of today. The makers of this show have shown realistic things and hope they had the time to show this angle too.

Would be interesting to know your thoughts.

I dont think so yaar. Like Sonyj said may be a hint in the end. hope to see some zabardasth Kaya scenes full on romantic with out hinderance from anyone😆

good question...

As far as I remember, Shrishti arya was behind the youth show Remix in which they showed all kinds of taboo stuff so it is not impossible. however, like you said Reporters is a finite show and they may not have time to show anything such as premartial sex or a live in relationship. another reason we may not see it is because Kabir seems like an old-school guy. He thinks loving ananya is a responsibility and she is so young and naive that i don't see it happening, kabir seems like a guy who would wait until marriage. A live-in relationship, especially, is out of the question because her mother lives in the same cty. even if kabir and ananya both wanted it, it won't happen.

As a viewer, I would love to see it because it is indeed realistic. Indians like to pretend that live in relationships and sex before marriage does not exist, but in fact it does. especially amongst the working age. 24-30+ although I really don't see kabir agreeing to anything of that sort.

I think CVs will show it. CVs are showing everything in a very realistic way.

Consummation will happen naturally between them in a very emotional moment .

I disagree that Kabir is a old school guy. He was restrained only because he was not convinced about his feelings for Ananya. Once he was sure about his feelings he did not hesitate to kiss her right after confession. Normally what follows is a hug... it takes sometime to cross over to physical intimacy part.

In fact, there is sexual attraction between the two - how Ananya teases him, pulls his tie... their fingers when they touch etc etc. Even the porch scene...

I hope makers do show this angle without any explicit scenes... It would be realistic!

My heart wants it... brain says - No it will not happen for reasons I have stated in my post

Only time will tell...

I also feel that next week with their make-up after the fight and the rain and before Shreya's entry is the opportune time to show it.. If at all the makers are planning

I really really want a scene where Kabir
Stands in front of Ananya and in front of
Her friends tell her that he's waiting outside for her

My Pov on consumption scene it's very norm now
Hence cv should show it as this show evolves the
Real corporate world

Kiss and sex are two different things though. couples usually kiss right away and wait for physical intimacy. Like someone said, they may consummate in a emotionally vulnerable moment but Kabir will wait until ananya is ready for the next step, which may not be shown.
