Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2: Noina throws away medicines, admits FAKING CANCER to marry Mihir

The episode opens with Munni asking Saloni about her recent trip. While the conversation begins casually, Munni quickly notices that something is not right. Saloni appears distracted and avoids answering directly.

Munni gently encourages her to speak, reminding her that adjusting to a new family can be difficult. She assures Saloni that she is there for support. In response, Saloni appreciates Munni’s nature and mentions that Tulsi has often spoken about her positively.

After some hesitation, Saloni shares her concern. She says she initially believed Dev was serious about his work, but his behaviour has changed. According to her, Dev repeatedly says that he is now the son in law of a wealthy diamond business family and does not need to work seriously. He even suggests that if things do not go as planned, they can shift to Surat.

Saloni admits she first treated it as a joke, but his repeated comments have started worrying her. She also recalls overhearing a conversation where Dev told a friend that he does not like working and is comfortable depending on his in laws. Munni asks if Dev treats her well, and Saloni confirms that he does, but adds that his lack of responsibility concerns her. Before ending the conversation, she requests Munni not to share this with anyone.

Noina’s cancer truth revealed

In a major turn, Munni hears Noina coughing and enters her room to help. She offers her medicine, but Noina refuses to take it and spits it out, questioning why she should continue medication.

A flashback reveals that Noina had earlier met a doctor who confirmed that she does not have cancer. The earlier diagnosis was a mistake, and repeated tests clarified that she is healthy.

In the present, Noina admits that she is aware of the truth but has chosen not to reveal it. She recalls her sister’s suggestion to leave for the United States after learning the truth. However, instead of leaving, Noina decided to stay back and use the situation to her advantage.

She openly states that Tulsi has been emotionally misled and believes that she can win Mihir back through this plan. According to her, Tulsi herself is unknowingly helping her move closer to Mihir.

Later, unable to sleep, Noina steps out onto the balcony. Suchitra asks if she is unwell, but Noina says she is only thinking about her wedding, which is just a day away. Her confidence suggests that she believes her plan is working.

The situation takes another turn when Noina receives a call from an unknown number. She initially ignores it but eventually answers. The caller claims to know that she does not have cancer and threatens to reveal the truth. He asks what she is willing to do to keep him silent and says he will call again, putting her under pressure.

Suspicion, confrontation and Bharti’s confession

In another scene, Karan receives a late night call and steps away to answer it. Nandini notices his behaviour and quietly follows him. During the call, Karan questions why he has been contacted at night and mentions that he cannot reach Malabar Hill immediately as he is out of Mumbai.

Nandini finds the situation unusual and recalls an earlier mention of a private investor connected to Malabar Hill. She begins to suspect that Karan may be hiding something.

Elsewhere, Bharti confesses her feelings to Angad. She believes that he had indirectly expressed love for her earlier. While Angad tries to respond, Bharti continues speaking and hugs him. He does not reciprocate, and she leaves after expressing her feelings.

Later, Bharti shares this with her sister in law, who reacts with surprise. Bharti remains confident that Angad loves her, even if he has not said it directly.

The situation escalates when Mangal overhears the conversation and confronts Bharti. The argument turns aggressive, but Bharti firmly warns him against crossing limits. Despite family concern, she stands by her decision.

At the factory, Vrinda focuses on work while Angad attempts to speak to her but fails to get her attention.
