Bhabo is wrong , as she is lying about suraj's real state and getting her married to him
But on Lalima's part , does she have some sense? How can she al of a sudden ( without even talking properly to Suraj) say yes for the marriage
Arranged marriage does not mean you cannot even get to know someone personally.
Also a single girl though very needy or compromising will have to make several adjusments to make way into a man's heart who was so in love with his first wife..Kids also dont take it so easy and are very much against step moms.
A single girl would never take such hasty decisions...Moreover a never married / never engaged girl does not marry a divorcee or widower ..If in extreme cases one has to , even then they do get a good idea of sitatuations.
