I don't think every line is going to be connected to the story. @bold She could have run away, but her lover wouldn't have come? He cheated her...and later she married Arjun, who gave her the happiness...but S2 knowing she had been in love with someone else before...threw her out after Arjun's death.

I think Ramesh-VJs bond would be a special one, which was lost long back...which after MU cleared would continue.
