Shaleen Malhotra born (25 may 1988) in Delhi. He's a person with an army background. He's the youngest son in his family and has an elder brother, Shaleen is very much familiar person, he's very much attached with his mother. He got wedlock with this lady luck Diksha Rampal on 4 June last year, Shaleen and Diksha were friends since college life, and then they were in a relation since 2012(27 august 2012).
In his interview Shaleen Malhotra told that his grandfather wish to see him as an actor, but his grandfather is no longer in this world, but whenever he miss him he just look at the sky, ad feel his presence.
Shaleen Malhotra stepped into the television as a contestant in Roadies 2006. But misfortunately he was eliminated. And then he hosted roadies in 2007 and won a lot of hearts with his talent and versatility. He was also VJ as well Roadies in the year 2008.
He was then seen in his first role as Jamal Ahmed in Adaalat Sony TV. Where he was taken as a suspect in the case "The Mystery of Alarm Clock."
Then he was robed for the character of Arjun Suryakant Rawte in Arjun- Har Yugh Mein Ayega Ek in 2012. He has portrayed the character of a rebellious cop with no nonsense activity. Arjun is a good-looking charming guy with brilliant analytical skills. He would be a perfect police officer if he doesn't have zero tolerance attitudes towards criminals, which often makes him cross the line, followed by his non-adherence to rules and violent reputation. The brutal murder of his wife in front of his eyes changes him, and then he start living a reclusive, mysterious and enigmatic life. This crime show was based upon the story of Arjun Rawte himself who was in the quest of his Wife's killer "Sikander". In this show he had not only won many hearts but a huge round of fan following as well.
In 2014 he has done a cameo in Pyaar Tune Kia Kiya as Suraj, Suraj was an attitudinal person but with a soft heart, he played the role of an criminal whose crime was that he killed his step father who was a ruthless and a cheap person, who use to beat his wife brutally. And it was story about his relationship with Parth (Avinash Kaul). Both played their characters very well and it was a heart touching and tremendous story.
Then he again played a cameo in Encounter as Achal Kutty, in this show he was seen as a super cop. Achal was always against crime, and he was a shown as an orphanage and poor children whose dream want to become a police officer, with lots of day night efforts and struggle he has finally become a super and rebellious cop. Shaleen Malhotr personally selected this character for his fans, because his fans were missing him a cop, as ACP Arjun. So he said in his interview that he himself don't know that if he could play a police officer or a cop again. So he selected his character.
Then he played the character of Veer Pratap Singh in O Gujariya. Veer was a womanizer, cheap and ruthless person because of his personal background, the story of his character remained a secret because O Gujariya misfortunately got Off-air due to some issues.
Shaleen Malhotra was also being captain of his team Pune Anmol Ratn, where few of his friends and co-actors e.g Behzaad Khan and Sahil Anand. And other celebrities from industry were being a part of this team. Shaleen Malhotra is also equipollent and concerned captain. He don't only know how to rules hearts but also to guide his team well, and PAR didn't won the match but was appreciate well in BCL.
And now currently Shaleen Malhotra is hosting a show in colors TV Code Red- Talaash. This show is about the spooky story, why these things happen? And to know about these stay tune... Shaleen has also being a team member of Golden Charity Eleven one of the team of Golden Charity match 2015.
Shaleen has also being a part of one of his friend's NGO name "Sahas Welfare Society". Where they serve unnourished kids fresh meal and also require them basic and ifmornal education.
