Too much! Here's the twist of Nach Baliye 7

It is known to everyone now that the latest season of Nach Baliye is more than just a celebrity dance reality show or as the makers call it - Nach Baliye 7 is 'too much'.

The format of the show is similar to Bigg Boss, the participants are living under one roof but if you thought the couples are allowed to stay together, you are absolutely wrong. The makers have played spoilsport and have put boys and girls separately. All boys are staying together and all girls are sharing space. Although, all of them are at the same resort in Madh Island. They meet only during rehearsals and have no access to phones.

The participants of the show are - Karishma Tanna-Upen Patel, Shakti Arora-Neha Saxena, Sangram Singh-Payal Rohatgi, Rashami Desai-Nandish Sandhu, Sana Saeed-Dipesh, Aishwarya Sakhuja-Rohit Nag, Arpit Ranka-Nidhi, Amruta Khanvilkar-Himmanshoo Malhotra, Smiley Suri-Vineet Bangera.

There are also reports that Karishma, Upen scored highest in the first episode.

Nach Baliye 7, which will be aired on Star Plus starting April 26, will be co-judged by actress Preity Zinta, author Chetan Bhagat and choreographer Marzi Pestonji. TV actors Rithvik Dhanjani and Karan Patel will host the show.

Overdose of Rashmi-Nandish. 🤢 They're like all over TV now ...they JUST did KKK ..should've taken a little break before doing another reality show.

Did they sort out their differences? Weren't they separated or was it a rumor?

Yes there were some issues but they are back together.. Did KKK together... But ya they should take a break ... Tired of seeing them in every reality show..

OT - Already there are articles about people not happy with Chetan... God knows what's gonna happen this season with change in format and ekta kapoor taking over... There is no very popular jodi this year 😆😆

And Amruta and Himanshoo got married recently...

Don't know what made Ekta Kapoor bring in Chetan Bhagat as a Judge in a Dance Reality show but Im sure Balaji must be paying him big bucks.

Hi All,
Happy to share that I shall be one of the judges for the new season of Nach Baliye on StarPlus.

Well, I am no dance expert! However, the show format has changed and apart from dance, there will be a lot of emphasis on couple chemistry, compatibility and team work. I will be focusing more on the latter parts. Also, as a motivation speaker, I hope I will be able to inspire the participants as well.

The main reason for me to do this was to reach deeper into India, as one of my goals is to touch as many Indians as possible in my lifetime. The more people I reach, the more people I can influence towards positive change. As one of the biggest shows on Indian television, Nach Baliye provided that opportunity.

Apart from that, I am also more involved in films now, where apart from storytelling, song and dance forms a big part. Being familiar with those forms will only help me get better as far as films are concerned. Finally, the show is a lot of fun and it is about time I took myself less seriously.

Yes, it is a risk. It could really work or I could end up making a fool of myself. And that is a little scary. However, in almost all my talks, I tell people to take risks. If I don't do the same myself, I won't be being true to my word.

Of course, like always, I will need and count on your support.

So, keep getting inspired, keep taking risks and yes, keep dancing!
