Do Nisha's cousin's and uncle's/auntie's know the truth about Nisha's past?

Just wondering because i saw the episode where Nisha performs her solo and the cousin's seem to understand her reluctance to wear a lengha and dance.

No...In cousins only Jwala and Dolly know...Among the elders only her parents and grandparents know.

No. Only Ramesh, Laxmi, Dadi, Dafa ji, Jwala, and Dolly know.

Others just think of Nisha not liking wearing lenghas as a general Nisha thing.

Just asking. They didn't show it. But did they made any plan that they(I mean Nisha's parents/ GP/Dolly/Jwala) will not tell it to others. Can't remember. Was there any scene like that. I think they all know. That's why they gave permission to Nisha to work out. Specially what about Vimla ?
