He is referring to current event.

Otherwise HRB, AB, JB and ARB - all have received Padma Awards before.

They are all at this event now, because AB got an award, not because few of them are Padma awardees before.

The real deal has not even been mentioned and merely guests are being discussed.

The Padma Vibhushan is far more prestigious than just Padma Sri. And AB is one of the very few people who have received all 3 Padma awards but his name doesn't even feature in the title, which is a joke in itself.

Yep I know that, I thought he's talking about who else has won such a prestigious award which is Ash. Of course it is more prestigious, everyone knows that, lol.

Amitabh Bachchan has received Padma Vibhushan at the Padma Awards which is the second highest civilian honour in the country. Harder to get than Padma Sri.
Modi bootlicking earned it.
