Part 6 :
Days passed...
Sameer was still lying so still in the
hospital.There was no sign of improvement.
The doctors said he was now in stable condition.
But none could tell when he would be the same
Rowdy Rathore,he used to be earlier.
Meanwhile Arjun headed the ETF team.He
caught the culprits who did this to his best
friend.(Not going into the details)
But the mastermind behind this,
SIKANDER was still nowhere to be
found.Arjun along with the ETF team
were doing their best to trace him.
Riya used to remain sad.She considered
herself to be the cause of her brother's
condition.She was guilty that she couldn't
understand what her "so called" friend,Sony
was upto. She was used by her own friend
to harm her own brother. She was distressed.
She tried to spend more time alone.
She frequently used to get lost in her memories.
Roshni and the ETF were taking good
care of Riya.Even the little little things used
to remind Roshni of Sameer...the way he used
to come home and ask for coffee...his
seriousness in his work...their small
fights...his syllables...She was missing
her friend...Mr.Zombie.Still Roshni
tried to remain happy.She knew
that Riya and Arjun needed her at
this time.She had to take care of them.
Sameer won't ever like to see her,Riya
and Arjun sad.
Gradually everyone got busy with their work.
Roshni used to visit Sameer regularly.
She used to talk to him.She used to share
the daily happenings with Sam as she used to
do earlier.But now Sam didn't say anything
not even his syllables.Still nothing could
shake her faith.She had full hopes that
he would return soon.
A month passed...
Today,Sameer was to be shifted in Arjun's house.
Sameer's condition was stable but no
improvement was seen.The doctors advised
Riya to take him home as in such cases, family
love and care can be helpful in reviving the
patient.Riya agreed.Arjun and Roshni decided
to shift him to their home along with Riya.
Everything was properly arranged for Sam.
Roshni took proper care of all the needs in
the home while Arjun supervised everything
at the hospital.Sameer was safely brought
to their home.
In the morning,Roshni removed the curtains
of Sameer's room.She turned towards Sam
and drifted back into the memory lane.
Roshni : Good Morning...Mr.Zombie...
(Roshni came inside Sameer's room)
Sameer : Good Morning.Now go and let me sleep.
Bye.
(Sameer turned his face towards the other
side of the bed.)
(Roshni crossed her arms and looked at him.
A mischievous smile crept on her face.She
went towards the large windows and
removed the curtains.The sunrays fell on
Sameer's face.Sameer put his palm on his
face.)
Sameer : Roshni...
Roshni : Haan Sam... now its Roshni
everywhere.(giggling)
Sameer : Roshni...jao na...let me sleep. Close the curtains.I am in no mood of jokes.
(Roshni made a face and came near Sameer such that
the sunrays don't disturb him.)
Roshni : Zombie...why do I call you zombie...
You are not a zombie...you are a Kumbhkaran.How can you sleep this much? Comeon wakeup.
Sameer : Call me Zombie or Kumbhkaran but go now.
I am sleepy.
Roshni : Wo to mujhe dikh raha hai...ACP Sir...
Subh ke 10 baj chuke hain aur aap
office ke liye late ho.
(Sameer woke up suddenly and took his
phone in his hand.He looked at the time.)
Sameer : Why didn't you wake me earlier?
Roshni : Kabhi Zombie to Kabhi Kumbhkaran...
(laughing)
Arjun heard Roshni and came inside rolling his
sleeves.
Arjun : Sam...tu abhi tak so raha hai...
Aise to tu zombie hai...pr
aaj kya hua...chal ab jaldi kr...
Roshni : Haan...bs job ke liye hi zombie hai warna
Kumbhkaran...
(Roshni went out laughing.)
A cool breeze broke her trance.She looked
around and found Sam staring her.
Probably he was remembering the same
incident.But today there was no emotion
on his face.She came near Sam...
Roshni : Sam...tum apne job ke liye to zombie
ban jate ho...ab kyun kumbhkaran
bane ho...wake up Sam...your work is
calling you...Riya,Arjun and everyone needs you...
come back...come back soon...
