Abhi is suffering and Pragya is trying her best to take care of him. However, Abhi still has the bullet inside him and there is nobody to treat the gunshot. What's worse is instead of looking for help to cure her injured husband, Pragya is sitting helplessly. We see Abhi regain his consciousness, he starts telling Pragya about his grandmother and how much he loves her and requests his wife to ensure that his Daadi is happy at ll times. Pragya is left teary eyed and inconsolable.
