What crap order by the presiding officer/judge in today episode of YHM, I think he lost his mind or no knowledge of Indian law. The custody cases in India governed by Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 not by Contract Law, also in these matters child statement is required as this law is welfare of child. A judge cannot give custody of child to some one on sole ground that the parties reaches on some agreement when one party is retracting from it. Before awarding to some one court have to think whether child welfare lies with him/her or not?
Totally illogical on the point of law in today episode but for drama quotient it is okay.
