Bharathy meets Nats and pleads him to keep the secret till Rajesh-Malliga marriage is over.. 

nats agrees if she falls at their feet and apologizes.. bharathy falls at naidu, auditor and nats feet.. nats badmouths dhandapani, humilaites bharathy and sends her off..

A heartbroken Bharathy comes to her mom's home and cries.. Santosh questions and gets no answer.. he takes bharathy to their home.. 

malathy fights with Bharathy for telling the truth to Santosh and threatens to tell the secret out.. An enraged B slaps M and says our dad was humiliated by Nats coz of you.. A scared M runs away.. bharathy pours out all her pain to sivagami..

Badrakali sivagami gives sema broomstick adis to Auditor and naidu.. she also gets to know from them that bharathy fell at their feet..

an enraged sivagami summons rajesh and orders him to kill Nats.. 

Sivagami decides to kill nats by herself.. so that Rajesh is saved of murder charges and he can lead a happy life with malliga.. 

security informs sleeping auditor who mistakes that Santosh is coming to kill them

nats is all set to kill santosh.. 

at the nick of shooting moment.. chids, Badri, santosh and bharathy arrive and stop.. nats is shocked to see that it was Rajesh.. 

goshti back home.. Chids scolds Sivagami and Rajesh.. Sivagami in anger blurts about B falling at auditor, naidu  feet... Santosh in kolaveri.. Chids and bharathy manage to stop them..
