Episode starts with the entire Bhalla family gathering on the dining table. Ruhi is playing tantrums. She demands burgers first, Shravu interrupts but Raman agrees. Raman brings them, then Ruhi demands cold drink, Shravu interrupts, however Ishita gives them it. Then Ruhi demands ice-cream and they give her it. Ruhi is upset, then blurts out this is wrong. She talks her feelings of whether everyone thinks its her last night in the house and she knows that the custody case has reopened, and also she does not want to stay with Shagun only her Ishima and Papa.
She goes crying in her room. Ishita follows.
In Ishra room, Ruhi is crying, she questions Ishita and thier daughter-mother relation. Ishita cheers her up by mimicking Ruhi, and Ruhi mimicking her. (MUST watch scene) The duo spends some emotional moments.
Raman enters, then they also share some emotional moments. Raman promises Ruhi he will always be there. Ruhi ties together their hands in a dupatta and states that they are one, one family and never be apart. Raman and Ishita pray that her talks be a truth.
The court case begins, the next morning. Everyone has chances in the witness box. Mihir states in a rage it was him who was angry with Ashok and Suraj and for that reason he lost his temper. Mihika also states that due to this scandal do not put the punishment on Ishita and Ruhi. Ishita is a great mother and Ruhi deserves her only.Shagun comes, she says that the Bhalla environment is no good; the iyer sisters are bad for her daughter. The reporter(forgot her name) also takes Shagun side, her friends as well. Mr Iyer talks on behalf of Ishita. The court had a break. Mrs. Bhalla states Ishita is like Yashoda Maiya(hope i got the spelling correct), she is the only best mother Ruhi could get, do not steal this away from them.
Ishita is crying outside and Mrs. Bhalla is trying to give her some hope.
The judge is about to give her decision but Ashok comes in, he states he has some input to this case. The judge allows him. Ashok insults Shagun. He states that Shagun is unfot for RUhi and she cannot be a good mother, She has beaten Ruhi the last time and even threw things in Ruhi's face. Shagun is screaming and upset with Ashok and his talks. The judge shuts her up. The judge questions Ashok on how could she believe him, when last time he tried to manipulate a kid. Ashok states that he wants to fix his mistake and he continues saying that please do not give the custody to Shagun, she is totally unfit. Shagun is disappointed and she slaps Ashok and also beats him up. The police controls her.
The judge says that this is very complicated now. She cannot see which party is more fit for whom. She says that she can also give Ruhi to a NGO. EVeryone is shocked. Ishita stands up and says she has something to say. The judge allows. She says that the judge has always been correct, and she isn't saying today she incorrect. But the NGO would provide all the basic needs for Ruhi, but not the emotions she receives from her Grandparents. The episode ends
Precap: Raman requests to the judge, to please end this, give us the permanent custody of Ruhi, if not Ashok and Shagun with always use my daughter. She is a human, my daughter not a thing, please.
