I don't think so ishita has any intimate issue eg. That condom scene when she came to know from bala. It was clear that she is also ready for intimacy but problem is that cv are scare to confession and playing games with her character and busy in showing her devi maiyya great mother and best daughter in law and ignoring her wife side feelings. This started from sshe bright shagun at home and belive sanjana over raman and mani track was biggest disaster of her character which killed essence of ishita character. She is taken for granted her husband and marriage. May be in raina track we will witness wife side of her but after mani track disaster I can't trust them in this issue so better wait and watch

Its not an intimacy problem but just that the CVs dont want ISHRA to proceed further. I mean confession hua toh zyaadha romance dikaana padega. They are simply scared that the fans will lose interest when romance increases. In every serial, atleast the ones I have seen, soon after consummation, the story line tapers and the plots start weakening making it really boring. then actors start quitting looking for greener pastures, leaps are forced into the storyline. and then fans just quit.
It really doesnt have to get boring after consummation as there are umpteen issues in this story which if handled well can hook the fans to it but I think CVs arent yet ready or confident enough about this. So they are just dragging along by making both characters like a pendulum.

Off late Raman has become stable in his mind about his love for madrasan. atleast in his mind, he keeps saying that he is in love with her

Nothing like that!

We can assume if we want just to justify her character!

but we never had any such scene where ishita had any talk with anyone or any monologue where ishita says she has such issues!

And she doesn't even look like a pperson with low confidence! Agar aisa hota toh sabke ghar mei jaake aise lecture nahi deti!
Only thing is she has no tym to think abt all these!
Only thing is her priorities r very different!
She is more interested in others life!

thank you all for your answers
to me it seems like they have put a break on the growing intimacy between the hero and heroine- the reaosn could be time slot fear of no story left after that
i ahve no problem in pressure cooker simmering romance but unfortunately it seems to come with OTT horribly faltu drama- an ekta signature!

if there is a cap on their intimacy cant the cvs show it with certain decency???

Columbia
It's problem of all show. Instead of making long running show and make irritate people with unnecessary drama and playing with character it's better they show limited episode series where tgey can concentrate properly and it will have good for viewer too

Ishita had intimacy issues at the beginning. Since she's in love and was not shy seeing that contraceptive packet that indicate intimacy is no longer an issue. Yes, CVs don't want to linger it but by doing so they're making Ishita IGNORANT as a wife.

7:30 and TRPs keliye drama chaahiye toh karein...i dont have a problem with all that but ISHRA really need to get preference above all drama. CVs should just get over the discontinuity problems. it gets redundant and boring seeing Raman on a guilt trip and thinking that he had given her only tears etc etc. They dont have time to think about themselves and always on samaajh seva. ek ke baadh ek...ab Mihika ka problem chal raha hai and soon it will be Bala problem!

I mean Ishita was on the verge of confession and then it got interrupted, Raman was about to say his love to her and then the molestation at the party happened.
Both know each others mind and despite all these trials, they go and sleep at different places. I mean its so far fetched. Forget consummation, why arent they sleeping on 2 sides of a bed? WHats the need for one of them to sleep on the couch uncomfortably always? Its so ridiculous that the other isnt even bothered by the discomfort the other is having!

Its only because CVs are just going on and on like a circle, just giving us some ISHRA scene like a candy to a kid.

True

Fully agree...

Her "insecurities" rears its ugly head when she is mean to Raman at his attempts at intimacy or appears completely clueless about his attraction towards her... "Oh Subbu hurt her" "Oh she has no clue because Subbu traumatized her"

At ALL OTHER TIMES she seems a well adjusted, high functioning, rational, practical, preachy, mature all knowing adult
Shouldn't her work life be impacted if she has undergone such intense emotional trauma?
Shouldn't she have sought psychiatric or psychological help?
Shouldn't all her relationships suffer as a result?
Shouldn't she face serious self esteem issues?

She borders on arrogant... low self esteem is an antonym to arrogance...
