Maybe this is Nandini's foolproof scientific method of testing if she has any feelings for Dhruv. Matlab we know, and she knows what Baba's touch does to her, so maybe she's using Dhruv just as a tester? Final confirmation ke liye? Like she wants to find out whose shoulder releases

Nayi -- they wont go BOF on us after diverging both the stories so much.

The girl was in love with the parallel male lead first and then she fell for the male lead ...

But when she finally moved on, the other guy fell out of love with his girlfriend and fell in love with her ..

Nandini is hardly going to fall out of love with Manik. And if she knows that she loves him then she will never drag Dhruv along ...
