Dont know about off screen but in MTH I liked Nargis more than Ileana! Nargis looked prettier and also her acting was not OTT!
Ileana lacks charisma for BW and she is more like a girl next door! liked her in barfi but she does not suit all kind of roles!

She's got an Aussie Fianc maybe that's where the influence is coming from. I've always been fond of her ever since she did good movies in the south, but now that she's entered bollywood it seems as if she refuses to acknowledge the work she did in the south, it always starts and ends with Barfi. It's kinda putting off.

She is known to be a nasty piece of work in south. Was kicked out of many high profile movies due to her high-handed behaviour. However she learnt her lesson and started behaving better in the last 2-3 years.

So what you say doesn't surprise me.
