I was rewatching the scene where shlok and astha have suhaagraat night when he gifts her the nighty and rose...

if v notice astha hand holding rose...she doesn have any nailpolish on her nails but v can see blood red spots on her tip of fingers when they focus on her hands holding the rose...y...

this was not there 1st suhaagraat right then y is red spots on her finger tip shown...???😕😕

she must have pricked herself on the rose stem thorn hence the blood on her finger, even I have many times done this to my finger whilst picking roses from the garden.

My view is that they wanted to show that she has accepted Shlok with his good and bad qualities.. 😉
