Riteish, Zayed toss the boss!

Very few know that Zayed Khan and Riteish Deshmukh are pranksters. A few weeks ago, the actors decided to toss their producer, Sohail Mecklai, into the icy Atlantic waters of Cape Town while shooting for Cash. The reason: they got irritated with Mecklai for ribbing them continuously, while they were shooting in the freezing waters.

Badle ki aag!

Says Riteish, "Zayed and I had planned the whole thing the day prior to the shoot. We were dressed in black oilskin and looked like glistening black seals! I think Mecklai knew about the prank. Normally, he is properly dressed in pants and a shirt, but that day he came dressed in Bermudas and a vest. Before sitting down in front of the camera, he even handed over his cellphone to us."

Adds Zayed, "It was bitterly cold that day. Riteish, Shamita and I had shots in the water. And while we were shivering, Sohail kept laughing at us, taunting us with comments like, 'Karo karo, yeh sab karna padta hai…' So we decided to teach him a lesson."

Hey blondie!

Says Riteish, "Zayed and I stood next to him and suddenly shoved him into the water! He didn't know what was happening. I jumped on him and held him under the water, so he got properly drenched.

He must have swallowed at least two buckets of water that day!"

A reminiscent Sohail says, "I was terrified! I didn't know how to swim and I was floundering in the icy waters. Finally, they decided to take pity on me and brought me out. Luckily, I didn't catch a cold."

That's not all. Both Zayed and Riteish also forced Mecklai to colour his hair blonde. "They both forced me to colour and style my hair. They said if they can change their hairstyles for a film, so can I," mourns Mecklai.
