All the villains of YHM are as unique as the show itself. 😆 Let's see how unique they are:
Permanent Villains
Shagun Arora Most stunning, gorgeous villain on the show whose true love is only herself . She always wears designer outfits and is all about "me, me and me" all the time!
Ashok Khanna--- Tallest villain on the show and obsessed with Raman.😆 He always finds himself on the losing side along with his brother but he beats the most perfect planner (!) Mani from time to time. His obsession is to eye on women, especially women related to Raman Bhalla. 😆
Adi Bhalla--- First full-fledged villainous kiddo on a daily soap. He's famous for his constipated, expressionless expressions. 🤣
Suraj Khanna--- Older/younger brother of Ashok, he is known as chota lambu. His favorite pastime is being the taunting saas of Shagun. He is Ashok's partner in crime, although in most cases their plan results in a flop show. From his gesture and behavior, it's evident that he is NOT interested in women at all. 🤣
Param Khurana--- King of Kameenas, the coolest villain on the show. 😎 Viewers simply love to hate him. He's heavily obsessed with Ishitaji. He's got a habit to eye on women too; especially his BILs' wife and GF. 😆
Positive Villain
Mani--- Turkey returned Mani aka Abhimannyu Raghav is perhaps the most hated positive character in the history of Indian daily soaps. 🤣 He is also known as Blooper King and Mr. Know-It-All. He's unable to perform any task without using any contacts and he's got contact number of anyone and everyone in the whole universe. 😆 Like Param, he is also heavily obsessed with Ishita but in a positive way obviously! See, I already told you this guy is all positive!! 😉 Recently he's tamed down by Ishita, so we might see his obsession curbed down for now.
Guest Villains
Poornima Prakash Arora---- Famous cook, mother of Shagun and Mihir Arora. She's currently staying in US doing god knows what. Like her name Poornima (Full- moon), she appears on the show once in a while. She has successfully passed out her usual bitchiness to her daughter but miserably failed to pass it out to her son.😆
Subbu's mom--- For an unknown reason, no one knows her name! 😆 She is referred as Subbu/Bala's mom. She loves to inflict pain on Iyers. No one gives credit but when Raman royally bashed her at the end of the riot track in April, she didn't get courage to face Iyers since then. Ruhi Bhalla, like father like daughter, initiated the bashing first when Subbu's mom tried to humiliate her mother, Ishita.
New Villain
Ms.R--- She is going to be the new villain on the show. As per new article, she is hot, sexy and young. 😛 She will most probably play the role of Bala24's mystery woman who has forced him into an extra-marital affair. 😆 As speculated, Raman might take the blame to save Bala from shame considering Vandu's state and the young lady might eventually fall in love with hot property Raman Bhalla to make things more complicated.

I think Mutthu and Rinki were offered villain roles on the show but after seeing the "kartoot and karnama" of rest of the villains; they both ran away from the show. 🤣
