As the girl is in college, I feel like it might have something to do with Bala. We've seen signs of how he's in some sort of trouble, and it could perhaps have something to do with Karishma's character. And Raman, being the good friend and family member he is, will probably try to help Bala. And by doing so, Karishma will end up becoming his problem, along with Ishita's.
