Hope you & all readers here had a great new year and holidays...πŸ˜ƒ

I read this story till now in one go... and found it immensely intriguing... loved the plot and characters... Semanti has very rightly summed up all words till now in her post.. I second her thoughts completely...

Looking for you to continue soon 😊

I am back. Just a quick note to confirm that I have not forsaken this story.

I have a buttload of cleaning and domestic chores to catch up on. While we were away, a group of pigeons decided to use the swing set in balcony to make a nest. So right now faced with a moral conundrum of wanting to be kind to other living beings and simultaneously grappling the very real problems of urban life in Bombay and just not possessing enough square feet. Also, arguing with the husband about who forgot to shut the balcony windows. Oh well.

I will probably update tomorrow. With that I have broken my 36th New Year Resolution too (which was to adhere to my promised time at least in fanfic). Just kidding. I do not even attempt resolutions any longer.

Happy New Year, to all of you. Hope the year has started on a good note.

Radhika

Between being kind to animals and getting rid of pigeons, the answer is always ALWAYS 'get rid of pigeons.'

Pigeons are pests and the stupidest things EVER and Darwin would have been amazed that they're still around. Blame it all on Amrish Puri like people who think feeding pigeons is a good idea.

I could write a book on 'How Pigeons Have Freaked Me Out and Ruined My Life In Various Ways' but I won't.

(Good to have you back too! πŸ˜†)

What if I pseudo write that book for you?

That recently-got-together over the lintel pigeon couple's incessant gutter-goo coupled with random pooping that had my favorite sweatshirt put for sun drying as the unsuspecting victim, definitely has ruined my life for now among other things. And no amount of crooning Kabooter ja ja is helping. πŸ˜

PS: Loved, loved your summarizing comment.
