You're welcome and I'm happy you got a sense of the evening from the write up. Not only was I tongue tied but I was also brain dead, if it wasn't for my daughter I'd probably just have walked away in a daze after staring at Sanaya for a couple of minutes😆 I forgot all the social niceties about asking her how she is and normal stuff like that. Before Saturday night I never understood the concept of being starstruck. I could never understand how any person could have such a profound affect on another that they leave them speechless...now I know! Sanaya winning was totally the highlight of the evening and I would have happily given up the rest of the evening for that.

Everyone's reactions has just compounded my own happiness. Honestly though I'm looking at the pictures and still finding it a little hard to believe that it's actually me in the pictures with Sanaya!!! I'm sure you'll meet her one day Ragz and I promise you you'll think my words didn't do justice to who she is...she is way beyond words and I love her and respect her even more than before.

Hi jaya di and neet di,

What a wonderful experience! I am happy that we get to meet such lovely members who are able to recollect and share their once-in a lifetime experience with all of us. People do tend to fumble and rarely soak in the moment, busy clicking pictures, tweeting etc, but you have been at such ease, at least according to me, when it comes to meeting a celebrity, someone you idolize.

Sanaya is fun, we know that, we have seen her interviews, off-screen segments, but getting a first hand experience is even more exciting and enriching, given the lovely narration, with mere words.

Both of you have been gracious and no wonder the actress is popular, when she has such loveable fans, who respect her and adore her as an individual, she is the one who is meeting her celebrity. Fans make them who they are! (Popularity factor at the least)

People tend to get mesmerized in the beauty, wonder how much they need to maintain to remain gorgeous 24x7! Hence they are on -screen and we off-screen.

I simply find it relieving to see how cordial YOU guys were, had an opportunity to interact with all of them, and yet managed to make your favorite one remember you. It's not the gifts that would matter, but the manner in which the blessings/wishes were showered. I am sure the actors are obliged and truly grateful to have gracious fans, irrespective of the age.

Wish Ashish could have had a glimpse of you guys, and hoped he had won too!

Guess their next (hoping) show together, gives you the opportunity to interact with them and we would more than happy to read your experience!

I also was wondering - Is it possible to meet up with ALL our friends here on IF? My guess is - Sanaya Day needs to be officially declared.

Your experience was so well written and captured that i could visualize you and your daughter alongwith sanaya, Karan and Mohit (I go through the same stuff myself with my daughter who thinks i am crazy to be a fan of a TV star NOW) in the Show.

Very thrilled for you and TFS. I was touched when your daughter made her statement and Sanaya responded to it...such a lovely moment. Again happy for your exprience. 😛

I echo Jaya completely it is a real pleasure to share our experience with you all - we wanted to convey to Sanaya not only how much she means to us personally but how much she means to so many ( all of you!) and how much we all love her - which are not reflected in stupid TRPs and award shows - Jaya is right there is nothing better than watching her get the award she so truly deserves, especially when she didn;t think she had a hope of winning.

I read IF/FB everyday though don't always get a chance to comment and I revel in the fact that so many people love whom I love and I am so happy to be her fan - basically we conveyed our love for her for you guys as much as for us.

She is a gem of a person and we all love her so much - my concern was that she understood that that night - Jaya says she did so I am believing her - because such an amazing person deserves nothing less!🤗🤗🤗

I'm glad you guys had the time of your lives!! 👍🏼 And how old is your daughter?!! And I agree with Vabhiz , it was screwed up (SC)!! 🤔😆 And I also was wondering why Sanaya did not say anything when winning RR award?!! Did you notice her expressions during that time?!! I'm surprised that the Colors Rep was there at the awards?!! 😲 But seeing the vids he did mention how all the nominees were from Colors and all that!! Bragging much?!! 🤔😆 Thanks for a great recap!! 😉
