Never say never! Even when the AVTA's were announced I wasn't sure if I'd be able to go but thanks to Anita I made it, so you never know. There are no words that do full justice to Sanaya but I'm happy I was able to share my thoughts with others who love her. You know what they say about happiness being doubled by sharing well that's exactly how I feel after sharing the events of the evening with everyone here.

You're very welcome and yes she's a total gem. Even my daughter who didn't really understand my obsession gets it now that she's met Sanaya. She said there's something very special about her besides her physical beauty. I hope you too will get a chance to experience what we did on Saturday.

Thanks Shal, seeing her winning was the best part. I remember thinking that if I had to choose between meeting her and her winning the award I would choose her winning. Just feeling lucky that both happened.

Was this event held in Bayswater?

You're welcome and we're both happy to share this amazing experience with other Sanaya fans.. I know nothing about London but according to Anita it was at Lancaster gate which isn't far from Bayswater. All I know is that the hotel's name is the Lancaster London and the GPS got us there😊

Thanks for the awesome write up ... felt like we were right there with you all through. I've started liking KT after your description ... he sounds like a really nice fun guy ... he looks good with San too ... hope some producers are watching 😉 I liked the pics of Vahbiz, she looked very sweet and friendly, and your description bore that out. Mohit sounds like a very nice guy too ... as grounded as San ... lovely pics of them together.

San wore earrings gifted by a fan from the UK ... so not only does she appreciate the gifts from fans, it seems she also remembers who gave what, and made it a point to wear those earrings here, when she knew they were from a fan here in the UK. I have never seen a star so thoughtful.

The best pics are your collage of meeting San and your interactions with her ... I laughed out loud ... her expressions and your descriptions are adorable! And you say you're not creative 😲

Again, I am so glad that you both met Sanaya and she saw for herself the love her fans have for her ... the last couple of times, it was IPK/ Arshi ... this time it was all for Sanaya, and I'm so glad she saw that.

First of all I'd like to say hats off to you and all the people who make daily and multi daily posts on the forum and then take the time to respond to everyone who replies...one post and I'm pooped😆

I'm guessing Sanaya will always cherish all the amazing onscreen jodi's she's been a part of but it was high time for her to receive her due in her own right and not just by receiving her first solo award but by seeing people go crazy for her alone. I don't know if people asked her about her previous co stars but I'd like to think not. Obviously Mohit was there and he too had a successful onscreen jodi with her but he was also there in his own right for his role in QH. the night was not about MoNaya, Sarun or PaRud but Sanaya Irani.If the hoarseness of my throat on Sunday morning is anything to go by then I'm positive that if Sanaya had any doubts about her place in fans hearts then they were dispelled that night. Also during the reception any people made it a point to visit with all the celebs but obviously Sanaya was the one who had the most people consistently around her.I know people are saying that VD went because he knew he was going to win but I'd like to say hand on heart that I honestly believe that Sanaya didn't know she was going to win.. If she did then she's an even more fantastic actress than we all think and deserved to win even more😆 I forgot to say that as much as Sanaya deserved an award for Khushi I'm happier that she got it for such a beautiful character as Paro. Khushi was a trp success Paro wasn't and this award affirmed that trp audiences don't always know it all. I also hope these awards create an awareness in the relevant organizations that perhaps they need to reevaluate how they measure the success of a show. Even now I don't understand how the Colors representative could go on stage to proudly collect an award for a show they started destroying from it'S first trp rating.😡

Talking to Vahbiz was like meeting up with an old friend and just picking up from where you'd left off before. I was surprised she was so honest when she said SC had been screwed up. I guess it's those say it as it is Parsi genes, lol. I felt a bit bad as not having seen VD in any show I didn't really have much to say and of course I was so focused on a certain ms. Irani that I forgot basic manners like saying, how are you,hope you're enjoying your stay or even good luck...my mom would be so disappointed!

KT was the one that really surprised me. He looks much much better in real life than he does on screen -ok I know I'm probably one of a handful of women who hadn't previously succumbed to his charm. He's hot, charming,funny and a gentleman to boot...what's not to like?

My respect for Mohit has really increased. Only a secure and confident man can respect and support a partner who is more successful than he is and Mohit falls in this category. They are not a cootchicooing type of couple but the kind that give each other their space but are on the periphery of that space ready to walk back in. A good healthy relationship, in my opinion.

Words fall short to describe Sanaya and I really feel privileged to have met her and I really really hope you meet her soon because I really want your take on her.

Btw credit for the collage goes to my daughter because she was taking all the pictures. This was an awesome sequence for her to capture.

Honestly I stopped thinking the moment I had that interaction with KT and it hit me I was about to meet Sanaya but yes I was able to remember I'm a girl and didn't climb all over San...mind you if I had she'd probably have suffocated😆 So no Sanny for Nelo until Nelo can remember she's a girl under all circumstances😆

Nope my daughter never saw IPK as she was away at university and still doesn't watch Indian show but Sanaya and KT might change that.

We were very very lucky to meet Sanaya and even luckier to see her win her first solo acting award.

Trust me we were thinking about all of you while the awards were going on. I had some head honcho from a US satellite company that my daughter was trying to introduce me to and I completely didn't hear her because I was getting mad not being able to get signals for my phone and iPad and getting frustrated because I'd promised everyone pictures and updates throughout the evening.. When it comes to Sanaya we're all together.

Thanks Anisha, Sanaya is everything and much more than we described and it was an honor to meet her and see her win. The main thing I took away about her is that she is genuine. She didn't have a fake smile plastered on her face all evening, she smiled when something made her smile and otherwise she had a normal expression on her face. She knew fans needed to tell her how they felt about her and she let people speak just responding when she was asked questions.

All the crazy Sanaholics from around the world in one place together sounds awesome but do you think the rest of the world could handle us??😆
