does dentist ishita only attends family patients?

what exactly has she been doing as a dentist?except for the opening epi i have never seen her treating common random patients,either it has to be her family or enimies or spmeone who could give her hints about the case she is solving(sid M).Was fighting for getting back lisence is all facade?
what does she do yaar?half of the times she tells she has to drop and pick up ruhi😕like serioulsy i have always seen sr bhalla doing that task.And more than half of the time she spends in kitchen while cooking,serving water,teaand coffee.Whats the use of having domestic help neelu?what exactly is she doing standing there all the time.And most appalling thing is she even does grocery shopping at night times.Y the hell she has to take care of everytjing?as a family dont we share tasks between members?I dont even get to see moments between ishita and ruhi anymore which i am striving for,the very reason i began to watch this show.

Cvs set your minds on how you want to project ishita as a career woman or sanskaari bahu?Even working girls strike the right chord doing work and daily chores witjout spending days and nights in kitchen.And god who will attend cooking classes in this time and generation to learn mere palak paneer😲

She has become a part time dentist..CV's only remember it once in a blue moon that she is a dentist that too when they want to open up another one of their tracks, otherwise she is cook who has all the time in the world to attend cooking lessons and she is a social worker who has all the time in the world to solve everyone's problems.!! 😆

She is a family Dentist like family Drs. She only treats Bhallas n Khanna mostly at night rest of the time she does samaj seva n attending cookery class n part time lecturer n pvt detective etc if at all she gets time she'll go to clinic once in a while. She is a super woman n multitasker.
