DIL DHADAKNE DO
(rating 3 / 5)

I had great expectations from ddd post znmd.
After watching it I realized why did it under-performed.

I guess such treatment (though it was excellent) of hindi films is still ahead of its time..
the film was very very slow..
I know it was the requirement of the subject, but having a snail pace throughout the film' total duration is way too much...

performances were apt... the most impressive and core natural for me was shifali shah... peecee was wonderful too... ranveer looked quite cute and anushka nailed her small part.

if zoya would made it at the pace of znmd and not with this extremely lethargic way, it would have surely be a hit, coz otherwise the direction is supreme, but the slow motion treatment just killed the interest for me.

I went to watch the movie as I had movie vouchers that were going to expire this week...The movie was just about ok...my friends were less charitable in their views.

The auditorium had 26 viewers, of which around 20 were a group who knew an actress who did a two minute role(of a honour killing victim)..they cheered whenever the emaciated girl appeared on the screen and fell silent once she was shot dead...

Coming to the story- The idea was great but wasn't developed properly... The satire lacked bite.. the rustic comedy isn't great...

Prem Kahaani isn't convincing...I was shocked when Radhika gets angry with Kunal for talking to a prostitute...I was like- when did these two fall in love? They didn't seem to give each other any "bhaav" till then... the love story moves at rocket speed...both appear to be madly in love...

Though the story is about water shortage, it fails to convey a strong message about water conservation... though a lot of people are shown suffering due to water scarcity, they are somehow not relatable.

Trust me..the movie is as badly written as this review... not worth the money spent on tickets...You can watch it if you have free coupons..else wait for its TV premiere.

I had high hope as director is same I am Kalam fame
After your review I may not watch

Hey is this movie a copy of Eden lake? I haven't watched it but heard people saying so. Wouldn't want it to be a copy. Sigh!

Bahubali- This one is awesome movie except Tamanna's part. I didnt like it at all.
Anushka despite being there for few scenes in first half was better than tamanna. She was fabulous. I m actually luking forward for her part.

Ramya was the one who actually stole the whole show when it comes to female lead. she was brilliant.

Prabhas and Rana were also gud. Background music was just superb. 2nd part is going to be highest grosser next year.

4 out 5 from my side.

tamanna is gud for dance and songs but when it comes to warrior- she seems OTT. she cant act as a warrior. her first introduction scene where she enters in their den, her walk itself destroyed whole scene.

I saw Welcome Back with my full family today and enjoyed it...it's a light enjoyable family movie.
I'll suggest one to listen to the song '20-20' from the movie. It's a very peppy item song.
