Is Music allowed on b'day thread while they are GA topics?

Hi

Can someone please tell me if in celebrity b'day threads first page - is music allowed while they are a GA topic?
I vaguely remember last year it was told that its not allowed..

Will be really thankful if someone can answer this soon, because unless its allowed we won't go in to trouble to put together a b'day mix.. but if its allowed pls pls tell soon so e can get that in order..

Hey you can check out Guidelines for Global Announcement Topics for this.
As far as i know its not allowed but u can still wait for the reply of S/C DT as she may be updated with current rules.
