I dont get one thing, instead of writing the truth in a letter and going on a 'long drive', why didnt he just cancel the marriage out therein frontof everyone and tell everyone the truth? If he wanted to tell the truth which he surely wanted to, then why didnt he just speak up infront of everyone. Writing it in a letter, who knows who will read it, and then running away will not solve things. But surely,this is going to create problem for noone except Pragya. She is going suffer the most.
